Eye&Soul is one person, not a legal department, so here’s a straightforward account of how your information is handled, how payment and engagements work, and what happens to the materials you send me. If anything here isn’t clear, just email me and I’ll answer directly.
What I collect
When you fill out the intake form, I receive whatever you type in—your name, email, links to your work, and the notes you add about your project. That goes straight to my inbox through Formspree; I don’t sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone else. This site also uses Google Analytics to understand general traffic patterns, which doesn’t identify you personally.
If you sign up for the email list
If you give me your email for the occasional note on brand and communications, that address goes to Kit, the service I use to send it. You’ll get a confirmation email first—nothing gets sent until you click it. I use your address for that mailing and nothing else: no selling, no sharing, no handing it off to anyone. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it works immediately.
How payment works
The Critique and The Audit are booked and paid for through Stripe. Stripe handles your card details directly—I never see or store them on my end. The Eye, Ongoing is billed separately, by conversation, once we’ve agreed on scope.
What happens to what you send me
Files and links you share—decks, sites, brand kits, whatever represents your work—are used only to complete the engagement you booked. I keep them only as long as I need to do the work and for basic recordkeeping, and I don’t reuse, publish, or share them without asking you first.
Refunds
The Critique is money-back: if it doesn’t give you something real to act on, tell me and I’ll refund it, no awkwardness. The Audit is a deeper engagement that starts the moment you book it, so it isn’t refundable once work is underway. The Eye, Ongoing is month-to-month—pause or stop any time, no long-term contract.
What I deliver, and what stays yours
Eye&Soul sells direction, not production—a video walkthrough, a written summary, and change recommendations. Your materials, your brand, and your mission stay entirely yours; what I hand back is guidance for your team, or whoever makes your work, to act on.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand traffic—page views, general location, that kind of thing. It doesn’t track you across other sites or sell your data to advertisers.
